The first Byrne Rose to be made using Pinot Noir. In 2021 the yields were higher than usual so we were able to take a small portion of the fruit to make a Rose.

The wine is fresh and vibrant with plenty of flavour and texture. Aromas of wild strawberry and pie crust flow through to the palate and linger with a fresh and dry finish.
