From the mature, close-planted Strathmore Vineyard ‘French’ block of classic Burgundian Pinot Noir clones, grown on the limestone speckled soils of the Moorabool Valley, comes this vibrant Geelong Pinot Noir. A cool vintage, low-yielding vines and gentle handling resulted in a wine with a floral and red berry nose, spice and earth flavours balancing the fruit on the palate, and fine tannins coupling with the firm acid for great length.
